Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ICSS Engineer to join our team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Control and Safety Systems for industrial processes. As an ICSS Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ICSS for industrial processes, including DCS, SIS, and FGS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrated control systems for industrial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and develop functional specifications for ICSS.
- Configure and program control systems software, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical discussions to ensure robust engineering solutions.
- Conduct system integration tests (SIT) and factory acceptance tests (FAT) to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of ICSS.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including control system architecture, functional design specifications, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Control and Safety Systems for industrial processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ICSS projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand process requirements and assess control strategies.
- Develop functional specifications for ICSS, including DCS, SIS, and FGS.
- Configure and program control systems software, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
