Quality Operation Specialist

The Quality Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of all products produced at Tagaddod. Key responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests, and identifying issues in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular quality checks on raw materials and final products to identify any defects or issues.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Providing training and support to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Ensuring that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Education:

Associate's degree in a science-related field, such as chemistry or biology.

Skills:

  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
