About the Position

Within The Kraft Heinz Company, we are seeking an exceptional Financial Analyst to join our Manufacturing finance team at the Utrecht factory. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reports, planning, and analysis to support business decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver period-end closing in SAP, ensuring review of actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Develop and manage forecast and budget activities, aligning with factory operational functions to maintain accuracy.
  • Produce complete and timely management reports for performance measurements against operational KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Analyze past results, identify trends, and propose improvements.
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to consolidate information and coordinate required actions with site functions.
  • Act as the site's primary point of contact for materials and vendor setup, PO, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Initiate improvements and efficiencies in working methods and reporting structures within the site and central office.
  • Support cost price management and quality/accuracy in the system.
  • Maintain SAP master data impacting standard costing and ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business economics or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or business control, preferably in a factory environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP Finance and Controlling modules is an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Professional English skills, with Dutch language skills or willingness to learn.
