Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed work plans aligned with project objectives;
  • Formulate strategies, allocate resources, and monitor campaign performance;
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns in collaboration with technical teams;
  • Establish and manage KPIs for campaigns, making adjustments as necessary;
  • Define metrics to assess the success of marketing efforts;
  • Organize monthly review meetings and follow up on action items from KPI evaluations;
  • Manage the financial aspects of marketing campaigns;
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders;
  • Provide updates on campaign advancements;
  • Ensure adherence to schedules;
  • Address new marketing requests as they arise;
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery;
  • Report weekly to management on campaign execution and quality standards.
Market Research and Audience Identification:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target demographics.

  • Evaluate market data and customer needs;
  • Lead surveys and interviews for insights;
  • Collaborate with market intelligence teams to prepare audience profiles for campaigns.
Setting Marketing Objectives:

Work with project teams to establish marketing goals that align with overall program objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in a marketing coordination role, preferably within an agency;
  • Willingness to travel for monthly assignments;
  • Experience in diverse and international work environments;
  • Familiarity with ESA programs is advantageous;
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
