Husqvarna Benelux is the central hub for all services provided to our customers. We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance Shared Service team, reporting to the Manager Financial Control, based in Almere.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit financial/statistical reports to institutions such as the Tax Authorities, Intrastat, Stichting Open, DNB, and Stibat.
- Monitor and analyze the financial administration outsourced to the SSC in Warsaw, identifying and advising on deviations.
- Assist the Financial Control Manager and other business controllers with monthly closing, budget, and ad hoc issues.
- Coordinate the annual accounts process and deliverables with the external accountant, Financial controller, and Country Officer.
- Optimize and formalize internal control processes.
- Responsible for maintaining the Purchase to Pay system.
- Collaborate with SSC Poland.
- HBO education level and 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international matrix organization.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written, with French as a plus.
- Team player and effective communicator.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, with Power BI as a plus.
