We offer a range of hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing tools, alongside a diverse selection of business productivity software. We have standardized on SaaS (cloud) solutions, and ING was among the pioneers in the financial sector to fully embrace a Modern Workplace powered by Microsoft 365.
We are currently seeking a skilled engineer with a strong background in (Microsoft) Security Services.
About the Team

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our services as part of a cross-border team of peers and customer journey specialists, prioritizing employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated with new features released by SaaS vendors and proactively manage our feature requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop future-ready services, focusing on automation, simplification, and increased security.
- Engage with major suppliers like Microsoft and JAMF, maintaining regular contact with their key personnel and product teams.
- Adhere to stringent regulations as a financial institution, ensuring thorough administration and robust processes; explore ways to automate and streamline these tasks.
- Embrace an agile work environment where no two days are alike; take initiative and choose your approach to projects and tasks.
- Participate in a 24/7 global service model, sharing responsibilities for resolving third-line incidents on a rotational basis, along with administrative duties and standby services.

We seek seasoned IT professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally possessing the following qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technology in a multinational enterprise setting, complemented by relevant certifications in both Microsoft 365 and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Understanding of outsourcing principles at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, with end-to-end accountability for WPS services delivered across various external and internal parties.
- Previous experience in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
- Active participation in conferences and meet-ups, demonstrating a commitment to self-improvement and encouraging others to do the same through training and coaching.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with organizational leaders to achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in visualizing, articulating, and resolving complex issues.
- Recognized as the 'go-to person' for team challenges, embodying a genuine team player mentality.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences and managing stakeholders at all levels within the ING organization.
