Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Stryker EMEA Supply Chain Services B.V.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in maintaining high service levels, managing staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products;
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant metrics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth;
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within the warehouse team;
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for process enhancements;
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry;
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects;
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other supply chain technologies;
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred;
- Fluency in English language; Dutch or German language skills are a plus.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
