Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Services Manager to join our Netflix team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This role will be responsible for overseeing EMEA Talent services, including Department Assistants, Candidate Interview Experience, and potentially a more expanded portfolio for the Talent function and business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Services Management: Monitor service performance, including service quality, and timeliness, and work with a global team to identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Talent team members and department heads, to understand their needs and requirements for external Talent services.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in external HR service delivery and processes, and propose and implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of external HR services.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR management and service delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully managing internal teams and partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, across an array of cross-functional teams and multiple levels of seniority.
