Job Title: Line Operator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for quality and production? We are seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team at Job Invest in the Oosterhout region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Operator to work in our production environment. As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and realizing all work on the production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise production workers on the line, guiding and motivating them in their development.
  • Ensure the maintenance of stock on the line and resolve technical malfunctions on production lines and machines.
  • Support the head of the department and cooperate in the production process when necessary.
  • Work on several production lines, utilizing your previous work experience to ensure efficient production processes.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and mastery of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing.
  • At least four years of work experience in a similar position in a production environment, within the food industry.
  • Ability to stand firmly on your feet and manage multiple production employees.
  • At least MBO-2 working and thinking level, preferably in the Food industry, with knowledge of HACCP and quality systems such as BRC and IFS.
