Fluke offers a challenging opportunity to grow your career as a Business Intelligence Financial Analyst. The role provides key financial analysis for decision-making, enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide insightful financial analysis, supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions. Daily tasks include providing bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and outlook for the month. While most tasks are automated, the dynamic nature of Fluke requires continuous improvement.

Monthly forecasts focus on bookings, shipments, and margins, explaining variances from the previous month and their impact on future performance. Loading data into our financial system is also a critical task.

Yearly projects involve extensive planning, including rebate payouts, thorough margin analysis, and price adjustments. There will be opportunities to work on interesting projects, such as creating new standard work processes or producing interactive dashboards for current standard tasks.

The ideal candidate will support the business by solving problems, answering queries, challenging facts, and seeking opportunities to increase sales and margin. A strong understanding of the business is essential to grow in this role and within the company.

Your Team

The EMEA FP&A team is an international and diverse group, consisting of 8 team players with different specialties and focus areas. We interact and support each other, finding time to have fun while working under deadlines.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
  • Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Mandatory Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle, and/or Python is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Start from September.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
