Job SummaryThe Associate Director, Engineering Operations will lead a team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliability of our manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse equipment, as well as our site utilities, mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems. This includes defining local engineering requirements and processes in compliance with global engineering policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers and reliability specialists to deliver maintenance programs and ensure site reliability and maintenance strategy.
- Develop and implement engineering and reliability initiatives to improve site performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and site goals.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of engineering and reliability resources.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering maintenance programs and improving site reliability.
- Subject matter expert in pharmaceutical/biotechnology plant engineering operational processes and good engineering practices.
