Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Barry-Wehmiller. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, storing and retrieving inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks with incoming materials and store them in the correct location.
  • Pick and pack orders, process incoming goods, and ship out materials as needed.
  • Organize and maintain a logical and efficient storage system in the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
