Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance to prevent machine breakdowns, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring their strict implementation. You will also troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, inspect and repair tools, and participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of machines and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent machine breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and repair or replace equipment as needed.
• Inspect and repair tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of machines and tools, and implement process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Technical education and experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Technical Service.
• Work experience with production installations and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC.
• Authorization to conduct inspections according to the NEN 3140 standard for low-voltage electrical installations or willingness to undergo training in this area.
• Analytical approach, attention to safety, and quality.
• Good command of the English language or fluent in Dutch.
