About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cancer Research Assistant to join our Format Discovery team at Genmab.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with research associates on various projects to support antibody knowledge generation within our Advanced Research Technologies (ART) department.

Responsibilities
  • You will learn how to work in a biotech laboratory environment and aid the Format Discovery team by supporting them in the exploration of specific research questions through the design and performance of several assays.
  • The assays will involve cell culture and protein preparation, flow cytometry based binding measurements, functional assays using flow cytometry and microscopy, and bioluminescence resonance energy transfer for co-localization analysis.
  • You will also develop skills in written reporting and verbal communication of your work.
Requirements
  • You must be a Bachelor or Master student.
  • You should have technical knowledge in cell culture, ELISA, flow cytometry, and microscopy.

We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
