Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team in Breda. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various machines, including mailers, shredders, folders, and sheet feeders.
Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring the machines are running efficiently to produce high-quality bankcards
- Conducting quality checks on produced products
- Addressing minor issues and reporting malfunctioning products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to learn how to perform the job safely and efficiently, adhering to safety and security regulations.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a dynamic and flexible environment within an informal team of approximately 35 colleagues from diverse nationalities. Our company is part of a solid international organization, producing credit and debit cards, contactless payment cards, and providing payment and ID verification services to financial institutions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience as a production worker
- Availability to work in 2 or 3 shifts, or permanently work the night shift
- Excellent English language skills

What We OfferWe provide a long-term employment opportunity with a potential permanent contract after seven months. Our benefits include:
- A base salary of €13.90, with shift allowances ranging from 17% to 30% based on the shift
- A gross salary ranging between €16.27 and €18.07
- Yearly performance reviews with potential 6% (or more) salary increases
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Room for personal and professional growth
