Job Title: Instore Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Instore Merchandiser to join our team at ONLY Stores Holland BV. As an Instore Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work closely with the visual merchandising team to maintain a high level of store presentation and visual appeal
  • Contribute to the development of in-store displays and visual promotions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar creative role within the fashion industry
  • Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
