We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Cluj, Romania. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on key features that enhance user experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to collaborate with a cross-functional team and influence technology choices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ReactJs (TypeScript) and ASP.NET (C#), as well as experience with Web Add-in development using OfficeJS and accessibility.

The successful candidate will participate in feature development for web add-ins for Microsoft Office products and the web admin center, utilizing best practices to ensure high-quality code. They will also work closely with the DevOps team to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications using Azure services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJs on the front end and .NET on the back end.
  • Participate in feature development for web add-ins for Microsoft Office products and the web admin center.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Design team to deliver a seamless user experience, maintaining consistency across the component library.
  • Utilize best practices, including pair programming and peer review, to ensure high-quality code.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications using Azure services.
Requirements
  • Required expertise in ReactJs (TypeScript); ASP.NET (C#) experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a structured, responsible, and proactive manner.
  • Strong team player with an open-minded approach and collaborative mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English for daily communication.
  • Experience with Web Add-in development using OfficeJS and accessibility (UI compatibility with screen readers like NVDA or JAWS) is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
