QPS is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA operations in Groningen. As a key member of our team, you will ensure full compliance with GLP, GCP and limited GMP standards in pharmaceutical testing.
Key Responsibilities- Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee development and execution of QMS, maintaining regulated processes and systems.
- Compliance & Improvement: Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage QA staff, assign work, and conduct performance evaluations.
- GMP Focus: Oversee limited GMP-related activities, including validation and handling complaints.
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in a regulated industry, at least 5 years in audit-related roles, and strong knowledge of QA's role in GLP, GCP and GMP environments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team, manage resources, and conduct employee performance evaluations.
