About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Partos. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with civil society organizations (CSOs) in various countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of programme strategies and plans to achieve our mission and vision.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with CSO partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate programme teams and ensure the successful execution of programmes.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage programme budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme progress, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Relevant academic degree and at least 10 years of experience in international development, with a focus on partnership development and management.
  • Proven track record of successful programme management and partnership development.
  • Strong knowledge of rights-based approaches and social justice principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and represent Partos at national and international events.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
