Vopak is currently replacing its service delivery business application (PEPI) with a newly developed solution named My Services. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of new product groups within the terminal as well, such as biofeedstocks, FOOD/FEED, and treatment systems.
The successful candidate will be the key person in implementing My Service at VTVLA, aligning with the global Moves team, managing resources, risks, and benefits realization tracking. They will also provide hands-on support to terminal departments in planning their preparations and actual implementation.
The ideal candidate has a background in Operations, Customer Services, and/or IT, preferably with experience in implementing business applications in operational and CS environments. They should have knowledge of the Vopak service delivery process (OVE) and solutions, including relevant integration aspects.
This role offers an attractive salary between €53 k - 77 k, depending on experience and knowledge, plus a bonus. Additionally, you will receive group health insurance where Vopak pays 50% of the nominal costs and a good pension scheme through our own pension fund.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent project management skills, including quality assurance, planning, scope management, and budget controls. You must be able to organize and structure projects in a dynamic environment, operate as a trusted advisor with organizational sensitivity towards all stakeholders, and speak Dutch and English fluently.
You will work closely with a global team of at least 2 roll-out consultants and 1 project manager, reporting to the Site Director Vlaardingen. Your core responsibilities include ensuring on-time delivery and first-time right implementation of My Service at the VLA terminal, aligning over the terminal teams and the global Moves team, and monitoring and executing the concluded OVE gaps from pre-assessments.
