Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a skilled Production Test Technician to perform testing of defective products, identify needed repairs, and ensure quality control for commercial standards and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and test all products from our assembly line and RMA
Assist test engineers to diagnose and identify root causes for failed boards
Test and identify defective areas and enter information into RMA Repair database
Execute ECO, BIOS, and FW upgrades
Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality requirements

Requirements:
Minimum AA in Engineering, BA preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in systems troubleshooting preferred
Basic knowledge of PC, System, and Server operation
Familiarity with Windows or DOS
Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
