We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Welding Robot Operator at Brink in Staphorst. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art welding robots, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain welding robots to produce high-quality tow bar parts
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal robot performance
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and quality standards
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Technical understanding through work, education, or hobby
- Good command of English and/or Dutch language
- Ability to work in a 2-shift environment and occasional overtime or night shifts
- Physical fitness for the job, as it involves heavy work
- Competitive hourly rate of €15.26 gross per hour, excluding 5% ADV surcharge
- Nice working atmosphere with friendly colleagues
