About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Decisioning Architect to lead our team in defining and driving the implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks. As a key member of our NBA Execution Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of assets implemented by our designers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration visionary across the NBA Execution Team.
  • Define and drive implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.
  • Experience in application leadership and vision across scrum teams.
  • Enable and mentor other application configurators.
  • Own and optimize the decision framework.
  • Ensure re-use and best practices are adopted across scrum teams.
  • Maximize use of insights, analyses, and reports.
  • Ensure consistency in communications across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Accountable for the quality of assets implemented by NBA Designers and NBA Specialists.

Requirements

  • Experience in overall strategy and expected end state.
  • Experience in people, process, and technology, actions, channels, business logic, etc.
  • Experience as NBA Designer, agent tools, simulation, and architecture, data model, integrations, hardware.
  • Custom integrations, non-functional requirements, BAU.
  • Optimization.
  • People allocation & enablement.
  • MLP sizing & backlog.
  • Project plans.
  • Delivery approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified Decisioning Architect & Certified Data Scientist on v8.x.
  • Experience in Pega Marketing and Decisioning frameworks.
