At Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet, we are seeking a seasoned Client Advisor to join our team as a Fashion Sales Ambassador for the Diesel brand.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building meaningful relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through personalized service and product knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a representative of the Diesel brand, you will embody the values of luxury, style, and innovation that our customers expect from us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist each client providing an exceptional shopping experience at all times.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador able to represent the image and values of the Diesel brand.
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients, nurturing meaningful and loyal relationships.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, maximizing sales opportunities and driving individual and team sales results.
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
