Reliability Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team at Chart Industries. As a key member of our Product Management and Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and availability of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Search and define relevant data to improve our understanding of factors influencing product availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the aftermarket team to develop and implement data collection and analysis processes.
• Use data analysis outcomes to document knowledge on availability and reliability factors and develop predictive models for IIOT solutions.
• Propose concepts and designs to enhance reliability and availability across our product portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
• Familiarity with data analytics and statistical methods.
• Understanding of Failure Mode and Effect analysis methodologies.
• Ability to structure technical information and communicate effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
• Team player with self-starter mentality.
• Fluency in English.
• Occasional travel may be required.
