Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Procurement International BV. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise to our clients across Europe.

• Receiving and processing goods into our ERP system, Navision, and accurately locating stock in the warehouse.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for daily carrier pickup, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Conducting annual stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize storage capacity.
• Handling customer returns and resolving any related issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining a high level of warehouse housekeeping, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a pick/pack/despatch environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management.
• Excellent computer skills, including data entry, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work well within a team, use initiative, and maintain a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Good housekeeping skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

We offer a competitive salary, 8% holiday pay, and 3% pension contribution on completion of probation. Working hours are 08:00 to 16:30, with 30 minutes for lunch. You will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays per year, rising to 26 with service.
