About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graphic Design Intern to join our Employer Branding team (EB), a part of the Communications team at B&S Group. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence, both internally and externally, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging visual content for our branding channels, working closely with our communication experts.
  • Help maintain consistency and alignment of our brand voice and message across all platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand's presence, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the team to map out priorities and tackle urgent matters.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Communications studies or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) to create stunning visuals.
  • Experience with creating (short) videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, using your own or existing footage.

What We Offer:

  • An internship compensation of €500 gross per month, this is an all-in compensation (based on a 40-hour workweek and HBO/WO level).
  • Internship of 40 hours per week (fewer hours subject to consultation).
