As a key player in the industry, we're expanding our FSP (Functional Service Provider) offering and seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a strong background in clinical research, preferably with experience in an FSP model. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you'll be embedded in our client's team, managing a team of 8 TMF (Trial Master File) specialists, and driving the success of the client relationship. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring key project metrics are met and performance is maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 8 TMF specialists to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and relationship growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Strong background in clinical research, preferably with FSP experience
- Proven track record of people management and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with TMF and Veeva Vault a plus
