Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in managing recruitment processes in a multinational setting. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to fill open positions, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality recruitment processes.

Your responsibilities will include delivering top-tier recruitment services, utilizing technology tools, and managing end-to-end processes. You will collaborate with MSD Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Colleagues, offering expert advice and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing entire recruitment processes from candidate review to offer
  • Facilitating interview, selection, and offer processes
  • Cultivating strong relationships with Hiring Managers through effective planning and execution
  • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
  • Ensuring exceptional experiences for candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Generating accurate and timely management information and maintaining system updates
  • Achieving results in alignment with client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing recruitment processes in a multinational setting
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient project management, organizing, and administrative skills
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment technology, with a preference for experience with Workday
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach
  • Business fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Presence in the MSD Office based in Boxmeer or Haarlem, at least once per week
