Je gaat bezig zijn met de techniek die noodzakelijk is voor het realiseren van E- en/of W-installaties. De installaties zijn bijvoorbeeld voor kantoorpanden, hotelketens, scholen of overheidsinstellingen. Je bent vanaf de eerste stappen betrokken bij het project en blijft het gehele proces aangehaakt. Het is belangrijk dat je mee kan denken met de klant en daarmee de klantwens kunt verlaten naar een concreet ontwerp. Door ervaring op te doen kun jij jezelf ontwikkelen tot specialist en zal je daarmee ook meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen. Binnen deze organisatie zit er geen plafond aan jouw ontwikkeling, waardoor je snel omhoog kunt klimmen op de ladder. Functies als Lead Engineer of BIM Engineer liggen voor het oprapen. Verder ga je je, onder andere, bezig houden met het volgende:
- Ontwerpen en calculeren;
- Tekenen in Revit/Stabicad;
- Samenwerken projectteam;
- Opstellen van eigen planning en bijhouden projectadministratie.
Naarast een plezierige werksfeer, een platte organisatie met korte lijntjes krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf op persoonlijk en zakelijk vlak te ontwikkelen. Dit wordt verzorgd door een interne leerschool met verdiepende en verbredende cursussen en/of opleidingen. Dit allemaal zodat jij geen dag stil komt te staan. Om deze functie uit te voeren is het belangrijk dat je aan een aantal zaken voldoet. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, als bijvoorbeeld Tekenaar of Modelleur is een pre. Verder neem je het volgende mee:
- Kennis van programma's als Autocad en Stabicad. Ervaring met Revit is een pre;
- Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in de installatietechniek;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een flexibele instelling;
- Een goede dosis werkethos en ambitie;
- Je bent gedreven, enthousiast en nauwkeurig.
