Job Description:

As a (Junior) Therapeutic Advisor Cardiometabolic Health, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering tailored pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions to decision-makers in Cardiometabolic Health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of diabetes care systems and processes in close collaboration with the brand team.
- Make informed judgments on different levels in the hospital and care group network, responding accordingly to customer needs.
- Identify and address unmet market needs, providing input to internal organization to develop customized solutions.
- Organize meetings, follow-up activities, and build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Be a resident of the Netherlands in the North-West region or within 30 km from the area.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to achieve long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be fluent in Dutch and English, with a driver's license B.
