Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Quality Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facility in Sassenheim, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancements, develop and maintain quality procedures, and conduct audits and investigations as needed. You will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs to ensure that all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain quality procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancements
• Coordinate and implement training programs to ensure personnel understanding of quality roles and responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in quality management, preferably in a biopharmaceutical or related industry. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering is required. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels.
