Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Cleanroom Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cleanroom facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanroom Material Handling: Unpack and clean materials according to specified cleanroom standards, transport materials to and from cleanroom cabins.
  • Order Management: Prepare and consolidate orders, pick materials for internal customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Check materials for quality, completeness, and accuracy, manage processes to prevent production disturbances.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, propose and implement improvement solutions.
  • Administrative Duties: Process information in administrative systems.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and equipment.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Provide support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • MBO 3 or 4 in Logistics or equivalent.
  • Preferably, 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Affinity with logistics and technology.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail with a meticulous mindset.
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and continuous improvement.
  • Motivated, flexible team player with a vocational level of thinking.
  • Sense of duty and flexibility.
  • Ability to set priorities and be solution-oriented.
  • Ownership and decision-making capabilities.
  • EPT/Forklift/Hoisting and lifting certificate required for start, if you don't have the certificate yet? No worry, Olympia will plan you in for a course.
