We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Facility Coordinator to join our team at SKIM. As a key member of our Workspace Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and supporting our employees in their work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Resolve first-line IT tickets and provide technical support to employees
  • Organize events and activities to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain the physical workspace of our offices, including Rotterdam, London, Paris, Berlin, and Singapore
  • Work on improvement projects and topics, such as service quality measurement, internal communication, data-driven insights, health and safety, and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience in Facility Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and service-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
