Key Responsibilities

Your Role

In the capacity of a mobile digital marketeer, you will oversee campaign management and promotional activities, collaborating closely with e-commerce product managers. Your objective is to stimulate growth within the mobile product sector, implementing the sales and marketing strategies of the mobile division in alignment with Samsung's guidelines.

Core Duties

Your primary responsibility as a digital marketeer (in partnership with the e-commerce team) is to shape, develop, and assess an outstanding shopping experience for customers in the Benelux.

Additionally, your duties encompass the following:

Stakeholder Engagement (30%)

Efficiently collaborate and communicate with your team (including trade marketing colleagues, e-commerce marketing specialists, SEO experts, and managers), as well as other departments (sales & marketing, corporate marketing, logistics, legal, customer service, and finance), and in-house agencies.

Mobile Sales & Marketing Initiatives (30%)

Oversee and implement the mobile sales & marketing calendar: design, coordinate, and assess mobile campaigns, including new product introductions. Collaborate closely with paid media specialists, content marketers, and product managers to optimize traffic and ensure that campaigns and promotions are effectively communicated across various owned and paid marketing channels (including data analysis).

Performance Advertising for Mobile (30%)

Lead the execution of performance advertising initiatives: work with the paid media team and corporate marketing to maximize digital media investments (search/shopping/affiliate). Regularly evaluate investments against established KPIs (ROAS). Ensure that these performance-based investments align with mobile sales & marketing campaigns while managing the performance budget in accordance with Samsung's guidelines.

Optimizing Customer Journey (10%)

Collaborate with product managers to enhance conversion rates. Continuously improve campaign and promotion visibility, initiating customer experience enhancements and projects with the CX specialist to elevate the shopping experience and customer satisfaction. Take ownership of the complete customer journey, optimizing every touchpoint in collaboration with various teams, including content, platform, and UX teams. Focus on refining the customer journey from pre-sale to post-sale to ensure a seamless experience.

Your Team

As a mobile digital marketeer, you will be part of the e-store team within the Samsung Benelux D2C department.
