Werken als Maintenance Specialist

Ga aan de slag als Maintenance Specialist bij Carriere in Rijnsburg. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van gebouwen, waarbij je zorgdraagt dat alle panden in een goede staat blijven.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • Proactief opsporen en signaleren van tekortkomingen;
  • Draaien omlossingen aan voor tekortkomingen;
  • Samenwerken met projectteams bij renovaties;
  • Het doorvoeren van ad-hoc werkzaamheden;
  • Werkorders vanuit de organisatie voeren.

Jij bent flexibel en werkt regelmatig van maandag t/m vrijdag van ± 06.30 tot 15.00 uur.

Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden

  • VCA-basis certificaat is een pre;
  • Hoogwerker- en heftruckcertificaat of bereid dit te behalen;
  • Oog voor detail en zelfstandige werkvaardigheid;
  • Flexibiliteit.

Salaris

Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.650 (excl. vakantiegeld).
