Senior Sustainability Assurance Manager

As a Senior Manager within the KPMG Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team, you will be at the forefront of sustainability assurance and reporting. You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of top-tier national and international clients alongside a team of dedicated ESG professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams on sustainability assurance and reporting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sustainability needs and goals.
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives, positioning KPMG as a leader in ESG assurance.
- Manage and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulations in sustainability assurance, ensuring KPMG's expertise remains at the forefront.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in assurance and/or ESG, with a strong background in sustainability reporting.
- Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or business administration.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch a plus.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Commercial and conceptual thinking, with a focus on business development and thought leadership.
