Job Title: Hardware Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Assembler to join our team at Material in Motion Netherlands B.V. in Schiphol. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling servers in our data center.

Job Description:

As an assembler, you will work in a production line environment with two screens in front of you. One screen will display the instructions, while the other will show the product codes. You will be responsible for assembling servers using the right hardware, including hard drives, motherboards, memory drives, and small batteries. Some parts will need to be scanned before assembly, and you will be provided with instructions on how to do this.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity expected. You will be required to switch departments every hour or so, which will keep your job interesting and challenging.

  • Gross salary of €14.57 per hour
  • Full-time job for 40 hours per week for a longer period of time
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses of €0.19 per kilometer with a maximum of 70 kilometers a day

  • Reduction of working hours of 5.12% over every hour you worked
  • The opportunity to work in an international organization
  • Able to perform physically intensive work, like standing, walking, and lifting
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • For this position, it is mandatory to live in The Netherlands or to own a valid Dutch work permit
  • Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG)
