Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery;
  • Finding and attracting top candidates for our diverse range of vacancies;
  • Coordinating the selection process and scheduling interviews;
  • Preparing for the onboarding of new colleagues;
  • Sharing market insights and providing advice on recruitment and selection to hiring managers;
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline;
  • Contributing to employer branding and onboarding initiatives;
  • Providing advice to HR colleagues;
  • Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies.
About Us:

Aon is a leading advisor and insurance broker in the field of Risk Capital and Human Capital Solutions in the Netherlands. We are currently undergoing a transformation, with the sale of our private mediation and agency activities to Blackfin Capital Partners, subject to regulatory approval. We are preparing for the separation of our private activities into a new organization, with approximately 400 employees.

This role will be part of the new organization, which will be a hybrid environment where customer contact and digitalization go hand in hand. We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about recruitment and is eager to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Broad experience in Talent Acquisition (sourcing, employer branding, recruitment systems, onboarding);
  • A minimum of a HBO diploma;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • You are entrepreneurial, think in possibilities, and take initiative naturally;
  • Good sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract candidates for a variety of positions;
  • You are fluent in Dutch;
  • Experience with IT roles and the insurance industry is a plus;
  • Knowledge of HR is a plus.
