We're seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Amsterdam team. This role involves driving key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR and business strategies across all Farmina countries, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a critical partner, you'll collaborate with local business leaders, coach managers, and contribute to workforce planning to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Partner with local business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives;
- Provide expert advice on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management;
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to anticipate workforce needs and develop effective workforce strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business and organizational goals;
- Facilitate performance management processes locally, driving a culture of continuous feedback and development;
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent application of policies across the organization;
- Support employee retention and engagement by implementing initiatives that enhance organizational culture and address employee concerns;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with company values and cultural fit;
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures;
- Develop and oversee workforce-related budgets, ensuring costs stay aligned with organizational objectives;
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement, and performance, to inform HR strategies and business decisions.
