As a key member of our team, your expertise in Oracle DBMS and Engineered Systems will play a pivotal role in making our IT infrastructure more robust, scalable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance Oracle DBMS 19/21/23 configurations, including RAC, Partitioning, Multitenant, Advanced Security, and Database Vault.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Oracle Engineered Systems like ExaData and ZFSSA for high performance and availability.
  • Develop and enhance automation processes using Python, Ansible, and Bash for streamlined operations.
  • Write code in version control (GitLab) and build efficient CI/CD pipelines to improve workflow and system deployments.
  • Collaborate with application DBAs across various teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.

What We Expect from You:

  • A minimum HBO work and/or thinking level with a strong technical foundation.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle DBMS 19/21/23 and Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control within large, complex organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Engineered Systems (ExaData and ZFSSA).
  • Proficiency in automation scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, and Bash.
  • Solid experience with GitLab and building CI/CD pipelines for smooth DevOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk and Oracle Key Vault is a plus.
  • A team-oriented mindset, eager to share your knowledge and grow within an Agile environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving technologies.
