Tetra Pak Installation Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Tetra Pak Cheese equipment and systems at customer sites worldwide. This role requires strong installation skills, management abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and analyze project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Determine installation requirements and ensure compliance with Tetra Pak's quality standards
  • Manage installation teams and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving for existing machines and lines
  • Ensure installations meet regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar technical background
  • General technical knowledge in required areas of competence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel extensively to customer sites (up to 80%)
