We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Global Brand Marketing to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Global OTC Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our No. 1 brand Sudrocrem as we expand and innovate globally.
About the Role
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and track competitors' activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Brand Positioning: Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to develop and execute brand strategy implementation tactics.
- Strategy Development: Develop and manage the brand pipeline, ensuring the preparation, launch, and execution of new product developments.
- Global Brand Management: Oversee global pricing, regulatory, and supply chain management for our brand.
- Asset Development: Create global brand assets in line with strategy and consumer trends/insights, in collaboration with Creative Agency & Insights Teams.
- Media Strategy: Develop media strategies with the Global Media Agency to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Brand Community Management: Manage the global brand community to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with supply, project management, portfolio, innovation, consumer insight, and sales teams to drive business results.
- Market Collaboration: Maintain close contact with markets to monitor strategy execution, collect learnings, and propose corrective actions.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of brand, the marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
About You
- Experience: Proven experience as a Global/Regional Brand Manager or Marketing/Category Manager in OTC/cosmetics - 10+ years in marketing.
- Education: Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strategic Development: Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies as well creating distinctive and effective consumer campaigns.
- Marketing Expertise: Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- NPD Experience: Experience in New Product Development and market introductions.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% of the time as needed.
