About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY THE NETHERLANDS B.V. in Rotterdam. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our transformer products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our SLA Manager to develop maintenance plans for client contracts
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract obligations
- Analyze equipment reliability and provide expert advice
- Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures and develop mitigation strategies
- Work closely with our design and production teams to incorporate reliability findings
- Optimize maintenance strategies for on-site and client-based transformer units
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in transformer reliability and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
- Maintenance certification is an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reliability/maintenance engineering role within the transformer industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proficient in reliability engineering software and tools
- Dutch native/fluency & English business fluency
- CV in English
