Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Innovation Engineering team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects across Philips Businesses and Functions. You will drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects from initiation to market introduction with multi-site teams
- Execute Product Development Launch & Maintenance, Modify Launched Design projects
- Ensure strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends
- Develop and implement project management plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector
- Proven success in leading complex projects with multi-site teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
