The Human Resources department at Beko Europe is responsible for supporting the growth and development of our employees. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR processes and delivering exceptional employee experiences.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end HR processes and transactions, coordinating payroll administration, serving as the first point of contact for employees, and managing day-to-day data analysis and management. You will also work closely with the recruitment team to assist with interviews and help onboard new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
- Coordinate payroll administration and payments with external service providers.
- Serve as the first reference point for employees, answering their questions and offering support.
- Manage day-to-day data analysis and management, communications, and vendor management.
- Work with the recruitment team to assist with interviews and help onboard new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration and a solid understanding of Dutch labor law.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of organization.
- Fluency in Dutch and English mandatory.
