We are looking for someone with years of experience in HSE project management, who possesses a strong team player mindset and is fluent in spoken and written English. As part of our global HSE team, you will be working on coordinating and supporting HSE activities in our customers' projects.

Your role as the Health and Safety Project Coordinator includes:

  • Developing and ensuring the implementation of Project HSE & Sustainability plans according to standards, regulations, legal requirements, and customer needs;
  • Providing thorough HSE documentation to ensure successful project deliveries;
  • Analyzing and considering requirements in contracts to ensure we have plans to implement and fulfill them;
  • Supporting risk assessments, control, and monitoring of installation contractors; and
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients and installation contractors regarding HSE topics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that projects fulfill external requirements and internal policies and guidelines;
  • Capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the project;
  • Monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping of HSE risks, non-conformities, and HSE-related KPIs and statistics;
  • Planning and following up allocated HSE resources in the project and ensuring process compliance;
  • Establishing and monitoring HSE & Sustainability performance and initiating improvement initiatives;
  • Supporting in HSE incident investigation;
  • Supporting in tenders relating to HSE scope;
  • Collaborating with the project team, customers, and contractors through daily communication and maintaining a supportive and coaching approach to ensure successful HSE & Sustainability culture and performance.

You will be part of our highly skilled HSE team, placed in Karlskrona, Malmö, or Rotterdam, with opportunities for travel to installation sites and customer visits. We require a BSc degree within Engineering, Business, or HSE, along with HSE specific trainings such as ISO, Nebosh, or OSHA. Project management experience, preferably in an international context, is beneficial. Fluency in spoken and written English, Swedish, and German is advantageous.
