Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $21.16/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure the spa site meets Scandinave Spa standards for guest satisfaction Assist guests in navigating their Scandinave Spa experience with comprehensive knowledge of all spa features Proactively anticipate and address guests' needs Maintain cleanliness and quality throughout the facility, including bathrooms, shower areas, locker rooms, and the Massage Pavilion Enhance the spa atmosphere by ensuring adherence to Scandinave Spa policies Address any guest issues or concerns, seeking support from team leaders or managers as necessary Perform Technical Duties: Ensure pool quality through water testing, chemical adjustments, temperature monitoring, and cleanliness maintenance; manage sauna and fireplace temperatures; oversee steam room and solarium conditions Parking lot responsibilities: Guide guests on parking if needed and serve as the initial point of contact upon arrival, providing information on waitlists Execute opening and closing procedures for the site Undertake any additional tasks necessary for the smooth operation of Scandinave Spa Whistler

Qualifications:

A passion for the outdoors, with the ability to remain active throughout the day and navigate stairs Previous experience in customer service Energetic and positive team-oriented individual Strong communication skills, maintaining professionalism and composure at all times Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities Capable of lifting up to 20lbs Experience in water quality testing and maintenance is not required – training will be provided Clear criminal record check Availability for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
