Manufacturing Operator

We are In Ovo Holding B.V., a company dedicated to improving animal welfare in the poultry industry. Our mission is to reduce the number of male chicks being killed annually, and we need talented individuals like you to join our team.

The salary for this position ranges from €2,480 to €3,100 per month, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will receive an annual budget for personal development opportunities, as well as 25 days of holiday leave per year, with the option to purchase more time off.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our production facility in Ochten. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our egg processing machinery, including maintaining cleanliness, monitoring production processes, and checking the quality of eggs throughout the process.

• Ensure a consistent supply of eggs and handle them efficiently.
• Maintain a clean machine and work area to prevent contamination and ensure efficient production.
• Monitor production processes to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks on eggs during and after processing.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A basic understanding of Dutch, or be willing to learn.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.
• Flexibility and adaptability in taking on different tasks and working varied shifts.
