About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Identify and analyze business opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Continuous Improvement and Change Management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industry
- Proven track record of delivering results in terms of business or projects
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, TPM/WCOM methodologies and tools
- Experience in coaching first-line leaders in Performance Control Management
- Relevant experience and success in C.I., change management, and project management
- Knowledge of production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis, and cost savings reporting
- Knowledge of trends and developments in C.I. and Change Management
- Influencing skills without hierarchical power
- Experience working in complex organizations and creating relationships and achieving success via collaboration
- Languages: Dutch & English
